Cattle Crawl – A Progressive Dinner

Appetizer – Kentucky Fudge Company

Salad – Shaker Village
Smoked Brisket Salad: Thinly sliced KY raised smoked brisket (Smoked at Shaker Village using apple wood from our property). Brisket is layered over a shaved asparagus salad featuring fresh vegetables from our garden, topped with walnuts, parmesan cheese and homemade dressing, served with a toasted crustini.

Entrée – Clouds Country Cooking
BBQ Beef Short Ribs: We rub the ribs with our own seasoning, then put them in our slow cooker with carrots celery, onion and water. Cook till tender. The ribs can now be grilled or put into the oven to finish and apply your BBQ. We will be using Trifecta original flavor Kentucky made BBQ sauce. We are serving the ribs with green beans, mashed potatoes and corn bread. Mmmm. Mmmm.
